Alan Lotvin, MD

Executive Vice President, CVS Health, and President, CVS Caremark

Alan Lotvin, MD, is Executive Vice President, CVS Health, and President, CVS Caremark, the company's pharmacy benefits management (PBM) business. In his role, Alan oversees all aspects of the PBM business including sales and account management, operations, mail service pharmacy and specialty pharmacy. Alan also drives CVS Kidney Care, new business development and client relationship management and retention.

Alan began his career as a practicing cardiologist in New Jersey. He holds a master's degree in medical informatics from Columbia University and a medical degree from the State University of New York Health Sciences Center at Brooklyn.

 

Lisa Rometty

Senior Vice President, CVS Health; President, CVS Kidney Care

Lisa Rometty is responsible for overseeing the functions of CVS Health Kidney Care as it expands and transforms the industry with our innovative, personalized approach to disease identification, care management and home-first treatment.

Lisa joins us from Syneos Health, where she served as president of Global Client Solutions, leading the strategy and global expansion of the company’s commercial partnerships and creating new, innovative growth models. Prior to her role at Syneos, Lisa was general manager, oncology and Life Sciences, for IBM Watson’s Health Solutions organization, where she partnered with stakeholders from across the global health ecosystem to develop and commercialize artificial intelligence and advanced analytics solutions.

Lisa brings more than 25 years of commercial leadership experience in global business development, strategic partnerships, product development and marketing. She earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in international business from Michigan State University.

 

Bruce Culleton, MD

Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, CVS Kidney Care

Bruce Culleton provides medical oversight and guidance to all strategic initiatives for CVS Kidney Care. Before joining CVS Health in 2017, he spent more than 10 years in the medical device industry in a variety of global medical affairs and clinical development roles. He has also worked as an academic nephrologist and has published more than 100 scientific papers related to chronic kidney disease, dialysis and clinical practice guidelines.

Bruce received his medical degree and fellowship diplomas in internal medicine and nephrology from the Royal College of Canada. He also earned a fellowship diploma in clinical epidemiology from the Framingham Heart Study and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

 

Michael Vollmer

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, CVS Kidney Care

Michael Vollmer provides broad strategic guidance and operational oversight of the CVS Kidney Care portfolio of products and services. Previously, Michael served as division vice president at DaVita, where he managed kidney dialysis operations in the Missouri and Arkansas markets. He also served as the director of the Innovations Accelerator team at Ascension, where he led the nationwide launch and operationalization of the first synchronous online care capability of any hospital system in the U.S. and launched a nationwide health care finance and travel company.

Michael received his BS in business administration and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He also attended the U.S. Naval Academy (USNA).

 

Tim Raducha-Grace

Vice President, Commercialization, CVS Kidney Care

Tim Raducha-Grace and his team are responsible for driving strategic growth for CVS Kidney Care® by incubating new products, deploying market strategies and building strategic partnerships. He also oversees digital, technology and data strategy.

Before joining CVS Health®, Tim served as senior vice president and head of Global Client Solutions Partnership Office at Syneos Health, where he established a go-to-market/partnership office for top clients. He also served as the vice president of National Clinical Market Performance at Bright Health, where he was responsible for growing market clinical teams and building payer/provider partnerships. Tim spent 15 years at IBM in numerous roles of increasing responsibility and worked as a top health care aide to U.S. Senator Russ Feingold (D-WI) and as Professional Staff for the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.

Tim earned his BA from Beloit College and his MBA in marketing and finance from New York University.
